You must be legally able to enter this agreement and follow the laws and organizational policies that apply to you. If you use Notion to PDF for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Notion to PDF service
Notion to PDF helps users export Notion pages as separate or merged PDF files and handle supported page assets. Available controls may include output mode, filenames, paper size, orientation, margins, scale, page numbers, and asset handling.
The service is a productivity export utility. It is not an automatic workspace backup, legal-hold, eDiscovery, records-management, tax, legal, or certified compliance service. Features, limits, supported browsers, and compatibility with Notion may change as the product and third-party platforms evolve.
License and ownership
Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the released extension for personal or internal business purposes. Notion to PDF and its software, design, branding, documentation, and other service materials remain owned by us or our licensors.
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licensing or usage controls, or create a competing service from protected parts of Notion to PDF.
Your Notion content and responsibilities
You retain any rights you have in content you export. You are responsible for having permission to access, copy, retain, download, and share the Notion pages and assets you select. You must comply with privacy, confidentiality, copyright, employment, records, sanctions, export-control, and other applicable requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing important output. Remote images, linked files, unsupported assets, unusually complex page layouts, browser memory limits, or Notion changes can affect a file. Keep the original source when accuracy, evidence, retention, or compliance matters.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your Google account, browser profile, device, and Notion to PDF session secure. Provide accurate account and billing information, do not share paid access outside permitted use, and notify support@notiontopdf.app if you suspect unauthorized account or payment activity.
Free access, paid plans, and billing
The pricing page describes current Free, Monthly, Annual, and 7-Day Project Pass options, including conversion and batch limits. Prices are shown in the stated currency before applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Paid access begins after payment confirmation.
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. The 7-Day Project Pass is a one-time purchase and expires automatically. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer law.
Acceptable use
- Do not access, export, retain, or share Notion pages or assets without authorization.
- Do not use Notion to PDF to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, employment, recordkeeping, sanctions, or other laws.
- Do not introduce malware, evade security controls, impersonate another person, abuse authentication, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use automated activity to overload Notion, Chromium, notiontopdf.app, api.notiontopdf.app, our payment or licensing systems, or third-party services.
- Do not resell access, share a license improperly, bypass plan limits, or misrepresent Notion to PDF as affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. or certified for compliance.
Third-party services
Notion to PDF interacts with third-party products such as Notion, Google sign-in, Chromium browsers, and payment or hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and can change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality without our control. Notion to PDF is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or access when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or business operations. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active paid plan when practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, continue to apply.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Notion to PDF is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Notion or browser change, perfect reproduction of every page, recovery of unavailable remote content, or suitability for a particular legal, regulatory, tax, or retention requirement. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Notion to PDF and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, records, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Notion to PDF during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes, questions, and disputes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on notiontopdf.app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@notiontopdf.app and provide enough information for us to try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
